Poland TSU III

Estabamos... llegando a Gdansk, no? Bueno, eso fue el jueves 10. Llegamos ya bastante tarde, así que tuvimos tiempo justo de dejar el equipaje antes de salir por ahí.
El viernes fuimos a un rocódromo a escalar. Era la primera vez que escalaba, y para el bajo nivel de forma en el que estaba, la verdad es que lo hice bastante bien.

Por la tarde hicimos una especie de gymkana, y quitando el pequeño detalle de que el tiempo era un asco, y que algunas de las pruebas estaban muuuuy separadas, estuvo bastante bien.

Los dos días siguientes los dedicamos básicamente a hacer turismo. Gdansk, junto con las ciudades vecinas de Gdynia y Sopot, constituyen un área metropolitana llamada en polaco Trójmiasto ("Triciudad" o "Triple Ciudad"), así que había bastante para ver.

El sábado 14 fuimos a algo llamado 'Academy of Adventure'. La verdad, me esperaba un poco más de 'aventura' propiamente dicha, pero bueno, no estuvo mal. Montamos a caballo, hicimos algunos juegos de trabajo en equipo, escalada,... también cruzamos una ciénaga (esto fue tan sumamente asqueroso, que fue hasta divertido).
Lo más curioso? Dormimos en barriles de cerveza (por desgracia,vacíos).
Y... bueno, lamentablemente las dos semanas de Summer University tocaron a su fin, y cada mochuelo a su olivo.

We were... arriving to Gdansk, weren't we? Well, that was on Thursday 10th, and as we arrived quite late,we just had time to leave our luggage and go partying.
Friday we went to a climbing wall to climb. It was my first time, and despite I'm right now in a very bad physical condition, I did very well.
In the afternoon we did a gymkhana, which, despite the weather was really crappy and some spots were tooooo far away, was funny enough.

The next two days we were, mostly, sightseeing. The city lies on the southern coast of Gdańsk Bay (of the Baltic Sea), in a conurbation with the spa town of Sopot, the city of Gdynia and suburban communities, which together form a metropolitan area called "greater Gdańsk" and the Tricity (Trójmiasto), thus there were plenty to see.

Saturday 14th we went to something called 'Academy of Adventure'. Honestly speaking, I expected some more 'adventure', but it was alright. We did horse-riding, some team-work games, climbing... we also crossed a swamp, which was... so disgusting that it was even fun.
The funniest thing is that we slept inside beer barrels (empty, unluckily).
And... sad but true, the two weeks of Summer University ended, and everybody returne home.
